Surgical Services

As a fully equipped modern dental practice and with Dr. Stahl's special training, we are also able to provide a full complement of surgical services including:

  • Sinus elevations. In some instances there is insufficient bone in the upper jaw to place implants. In such cases, Dr Stahl can graft bone beneath your sinus, creating enough bone to place dental implants.
  • Impacted molars. Some patients have wisdom teeth that will never erupt properly because they are angulated so poorly that there isn't enough room for them in your jaw. In these instances, special surgical techniques are necessary to expose and extract those teeth. At Stahl Dental Studio, we can remove these teeth right here in our facility without the need for a referral.
  • Bone grafting, implant placement and implant restoration. There are intricate and advanced skills necessary to place and restore dental implants. It's comforting to know that if additional bone is necessary to place the implants, it can be done right here in our office, all under the gentle hand of Dr. Stahl.
